I'm Chanell, yes like the designer and love all things beauty. I'm the owner and creator of Top Shelf. My love for makeup, skin care, hair care, nails and of course LASHES inspired its creation! Beauty has been in my life since I was a young girl. My biggest reason for being in the beauty industry is to make woman feel beautiful from the inside out.
I started getting eyelash extensions in 2013 and have loved them ever since. Lashes are truly life changing, at the very least face changing. I definitely recommend trying it and see how much of a difference it makes. You don't need mascara, you can wash your face like normal and you wake up and look great.
