Special Instructions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: No appointment is confirmed until we have a signed online intake form and waiver required 48 hours before your appointment and deposit, deposits will be held for full sets and fill and will only be credited towards your FINAL service. The card on file will be charged. Lash Extensions: We do not work over other artist works, a removal is required and we recommend waiting 24 before getting a full set to insure the adhesive adheres properly and lasts. Failure to do this, may result in the extensions coming out too soon, if you don't wait and they come off a refund will not be given and you will be charged for a fill/full set. If you choose not to remove your existing lashes, per our recommendation, you will be charged a $50 cancelation for the appointment.
Kids Policy: We kindly ask that you respect our no kids policy, we offer services where clients pay for peace and relaxation and if children are running around or loud that takes away from other clients services. We also deal with chemicals and sharp objects and for the safety of your children and you as a client, we ask that you leave your little ones at home.


Animal Policy: Service Animals are the ONLY animals aloud in the salon, anyone that brings a dog into the salon will be asked to take it outside.​

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: In order to book, reschedule, or cancel your appointment with us, you will first need to create an account with Vagaro. You can make these changes by logging in to your account. Your card will be charged if you cancel 48 hours before your appointment start time. 48 hour cancellation policy: If canceling or rescheduling 48-24 hours before appointment there will be a $50 fee (or your deposit will be used and you’ll need to add a new deposit on file to rebook) 24 hours before your appointment you will be changed the full cost of you service. (24 for nail clients) No-shows will be charged 100% of service price. Clients with a history of late cancellations and/or no-shows will not be seen for future services. All services performed by Top Shelf Beauty are non-refundable, no exceptions. We do not accept clients 15 minutes past their appointment start time so please make sure to arrive on time! :-) No Confirmation/No Show/No Waiver will result in a fee of your total service scheduled. If your card on file is declined we can no longer accept you as a client until your balance is paid. All artists require a deposit and must be paid 48 hours before app.
