SUBSCRIPTION

Account
On the customer login page you will be asked to sign in or sign up. If you have made a purchase before but haven't made an account, you will need to create an account with the email you previously used to place your orders. From there you will be able to manage your account.

Charges
Subscriptions are charged on the date of purchase and then charged on the 1st of each month for however many months you initially selected. All orders must be placed on or before the 1st of every month to receive your box for that month. If the order is placed after the 10th, you will get the next months box.

Shipping
Boxes will be ship out on the 11th of each month. Delivery times may vary.

Sizing
Please fill out our survey to get us an understanding of what sizes you prefer what what shirt style. Most times it will be a relaxed fit tee. 

Changes 
First make sure you have created an account. Once you have logged in, you will see the option to manage your subscription. After selecting that, you will see the product title, as well as “Actions” on the far right side. Select the “Edit” option. Select “Change Product Variant.” From the drop down, select the size you want to change your subscription to. Be sure to save your changes. Once the change is saved, your webpage will refresh and reflect your size change. All sizing changes need to be made by the 10th of each month. 

Payments
First make sure you have created an account. Once you have logged in, you will see the option to manage your subscription. Select "Edit" on the far right side. You will be brought to a page with your product information as well as your payment information. Immediately below you will see an option to "Update Payment Information." Please make any payment adjustments by the 10th of the month.

Canceling
But why? jk! First make sure you have created an account. Once you have logged in, you will see the option to manage your subscription. After selecting that, you will see the product title, as well as “Cancel” on the far right side. After selecting “Cancel,” you will be taken through a series of prompts to ensure your subscription has been cancelled. Please cancel before the 10th or you will get that month’s shirt and be charged. 

Reactivate 
First make sure you have created an account. Once you have logged in, you will see the option to manage your subscription. After selecting that, you will see the product title, as well as “Reactive” on the far right side.
